Our Core Initiatives

Family Support & Care Packages

Provide tangible and emotional support to families navigating a single ventricle diagnosis - especially during hospital stays, surgeries, and the interstage period. This may include curated care packages, financial assistance, and resources to help ease the day-to-day burden.

Education & Public Awareness

Increase awareness of congenital heart defects, particularly HLHS, through community outreach, storytelling, and partnerships—helping others better understand the realities families face.

Carry forward Graylee Jo’s legacy by inspiring strength, grace, and compassion through fundraising, storytelling, and opportunities for others to give back in her honor.
